On Saturday, NCP leader Rohit Pawar met former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi to discuss the criminal investigation into the death of ex-Maharashtra deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar. Pawar seeking Kejriwal's support aims to raise the issue in Parliament as justice is delayed in Maharashtra.
Pawar, expressing frustration with the slow pace of the ongoing investigation by Maharashtra Police and CID, emphasized the need for justice for Ajit Dada, whether his death was accidental or politically motivated. Kejriwal assured Pawar of his backing in Parliament to highlight this concern.
In addition to the investigation, Pawar called for critical reforms within the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), alleging corruption and inefficiency. He believes that reforming the DGCA would benefit the public significantly.
