According to Lokesh, the scheme involved Rs 100-crore monthly kickbacks, with an elaborate cash trail of Rs 1,000 crore exposed by the Enforcement Directorate. The ED recently froze assets exceeding Rs 441 crore linked to key suspects, including politicians and their associates.
