High Court Grants Interim Relief to Swami Avimukteshwaranand Amidst POCSO Act Allegations

The Allahabad High Court, in a significant decision, has granted interim relief to Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati, staying his arrest concerning charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
