IICA, NALSAR Renew MoU to Deepen Corporate Law Collaboration

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) has renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, for another five years, strengthening their long-standing academic and research partnership.
The MoU was formally signed by Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, Director General & CEO, IICA, and Prof. Srikrishna Deva Rao, Vice-Chancellor, NALSAR University of Law, in the presence of senior faculty and officials from both institutions.

Flagship LL.M. in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws
A major highlight of the partnership has been the successful implementation of the two-year, full-time residential LL.M. programme in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws.
Over three batches, the programme has trained 138 students and earned strong industry appreciation for its academic rigour and practical orientation.
The structure of the programme combines academic and applied learning:

First year: Conducted at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad

Second year: Hosted at IICA, New Delhi
This dual-campus model provides students with a blend of theoretical grounding and industry exposure.
Strengthening Legal and Corporate Education
The renewal of the MoU reflects the shared commitment of IICA and NALSAR to promote excellence in legal and corporate education and to develop skilled professionals capable of addressing emerging challenges in insolvency, corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
