A couple has been found dead in an apparent suicide in Shripatti village. Officials confirmed the discovery of a note indicating that Rohit Vishwakarma, 27, and Saraswati Vishwakarma, 23, took the drastic step of their own accord, ensuring no blame on others.
The tragic incident unfolded when Rohit's younger brother started searching for the couple after they failed to respond to repeated knocks at their door. Upon peering through a window, he raised the alarm, prompting family members to break open the door, only to find the couple hanging from a ceiling fan with a saree.
Authorities, including Inspector Ravindra Bhushan Maurya, are investigating the matter. The couple resided on the upper floor, while other family members lived below. The bodies have been sent for a post-mortem examination, and further legal action is being pursued by the police.
