Bomb Threat Shakes Karnataka Courts: Extensive Searches Undertaken

A bomb threat targeting Karnataka's Dharwad and Mandya court buildings on Monday led to extensive search operations, forcing the evacuation of those present, police confirmed.

Authorities swiftly evacuated lawyers, judges, and staff as a precaution. Superintendent of Police Gunjan Arya supervised the search, stating that a detailed inspection is ongoing after receiving the alarming email predicting an explosion at 1:15 pm.

The threat mentioned multiple states, sparking a cautious approach from the police who are withholding further details during the investigation. Meanwhile, the Bomb Disposal Squad is conducting a precise search as proceedings were suspended in both locations.
