In a significant breakthrough, Punjab Police have apprehended two individuals connected to the murder of Gurwinder Singh, a man embroiled in a notorious gang feud. Singh was shot dead en route to a court hearing, a killing suspected to be orchestrated by the infamous gangster Goldy Brar.
The arrested suspects, identified as Baltej Singh, known as Bunty, and Mangat Singh, alias Max, were caught with a motorcycle and car believed to be used in the crime. The investigation, led by Senior Superintendent of Police Harmandeep Hans, reveals a meticulously planned execution involving several assailants.
Police reports and CCTV footage indicate the suspects changed disguises and vehicles post-assassination, a strategy allegedly devised by Brar, supported by his associates overseas. The authorities are intensively working to unravel the gang ties and bring all perpetrators to justice, amid continuing threats against the victim's family.
