Police authorities in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district executed the attachment of a car under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act this Thursday.
The vehicle, identified by registration number JK13E-5393, was seized in relation to FIR No. 40/2025, which was filed at the Uttrasoo police station. The FIR includes charges under sections 18, 20, 23, 39 of the UAPA and 7/25 of the Indian Arms Act, according to a police official.
The action to attach the car is part of a broader investigation process and was conducted following established legal procedures, the spokesman added.
