The employees have been identified as Ghulam Hussain and Majid Iqbal Dar, both serving as teachers in the Education Department, they said.

Hussain is a resident of Kalwa Mulass in tehsil Mahore of Reasi district, while Dar is a resident of Ward No.1, Kheora area of Rajouri district.

The separate dismissal orders said the Lieutenant Governor is satisfied after considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on the basis of the information available, that the activities of the two employees are such as to warrant their dismissal from the service.

The Lieutenant Governor is satisfied under sub-clause (c) of the proviso to clause (2) of Article 311 of the Constitution that in the interest of the security of the State, it is not expedient to hold an enquiry in the cases, the orders read.

Dozens of government employees have so far been terminated from the services without any inquiry in the last few years.
