Foiled Diwali Attack: Two ISIS Operatives Arrested in Delhi

In a significant security breakthrough, Delhi Police has detained two suspects believed to be linked to ISIS, thwarting an intended terror assault on the festival of Diwali in highly populated areas of the capital.
The suspects, both named Adnan and hailing from Sadiq Nagar in Delhi and Bhopal respectively, were found with evidence that included a video pledging allegiance to ISIS and photographs of proposed target sites.
The planned attacks, which included a mall and a park, were halted with their apprehension. Police seized materials for constructing an IED from them and continue to investigate the extent of their network and potential associates.
