Fadnavis emphasized the need to improve infrastructure, specifically urging for direct and widened approach roads to the hospital. He also addressed the local water scarcity issue, promising efforts to ensure a sufficient supply to the area.

Praised for its remarkable work, the Lata Mangeshkar Medical Foundation inspired Fadnavis to propose concessional rates for building permits, easing the financial burden faced by organizations aiming to serve the public.
