According to Palamu Civil Surgeon Dr. Anil Kumar Shrivastav, the symptoms presented by most patients included vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. 'Food poisoning is suspected, but definitive conclusions await further investigation,' Dr. Shrivastav noted.

Health officials ensured that additional resources, including medicines and medical staff, were mobilized to handle the emergency. With 22 people still receiving treatment, continuous monitoring and care efforts are being actively pursued by healthcare personnel.
