In a heart-wrenching turn of events following the catastrophic collapse of a government school in Jhalawar, Rajasthan, two mothers are set to reclaim their roles as caregivers through recanalisation surgeries. The tragedy, which occurred on July 25, resulted in the untimely deaths of seven children and left 28 others injured.

Four months after losing her son Kartik in the collapse, Raju Bai underwent the life-altering surgery to reverse her previous sterilisation. Following suit, Binti Bai, who suffered the loss of both her son Kanha and daughter Meena, recently completed the procedure on Wednesday.
