Drone Strikes Escalate: Ukraine Targets Russian Oil Hub Twice in a Week
Ukraine's military has targeted Russia's Tuapse oil refinery, marking the second strike within a week. The attacks, executed by drone, have sparked fires and casualties. The strategically significant refinery processes around 240,000 barrels of crude oil per day, supplying products like naphtha and diesel.
Ukraine's military launched a second drone attack within a week on Russia's Tuapse oil refinery, as confirmed by drone force commander Robert Brovdi on Telegram.
Russian officials reported that this attack on the Black Sea port caused a fire and casualties, following a similar incident extinguished on April 16.
Rosneft's Tuapse refinery, a key facility with the capacity to process 240,000 barrels of crude daily, remains critical, supplying products such as naphtha, fuel oil, and diesel.
