Vamsi, who brings over 33 years of experience in power transmission and telecom sectors, will assume the role until July 31, 2030, or until further notice. His professional journey in POWERGRID spans key leadership and strategic roles, enhancing sectors like Projects, Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs.

The Ministry of Power's regulatory filing confirmed this appointment, underscoring Vamsi's absence of conflicts with directors or managerial personnel. His ascending to CMD underscores a commitment to leveraging his expertise for the corporation's continued success and growth.
