India has voiced strong condemnation over the recent attacks on energy hubs in West Asia, labeling them as 'unacceptable and deeply disturbing'. As global concerns rise, New Delhi has called for an immediate cessation of these aggressions.
In a recent escalation, Iran targeted key energy infrastructures, including Qatar's LNG hub, as a counteraction to Israeli strikes on Iran's gas fields. This development further complicates the already precarious global energy landscape.
External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal reiterated India's stance against targeting civilian and energy infrastructures. These attacks exacerbate the instability in the region, jeopardizing global energy security.
