The Indian Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) announced it will release a comprehensive white paper on India's stationary energy storage market at the upcoming Stationary Energy Storage India conference.
Set for March 20 at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, this event will coincide with the Bharat Electricity Summit, drawing over 300 industry leaders, officials, and international partners from more than 10 countries. According to IESA, India's stationary energy storage market has experienced unprecedented growth, with capacity skyrocketing from 122 GWh to 224 GWh in just one year.
The white paper, created with Customized Energy Solutions, offers an in-depth analysis, tracking the rapid market expansion and highlighting critical policy milestones like Energy Storage Obligations and Viability Gap Funding. It aims to guide policymakers, investors, and industry leaders in aligning strategies to meet India's ambitious energy goals, including achieving 500 GW of non-fossil generation by 2030.
