Russia has intensified its confrontation with Ukraine by targeting key gas production facilities in the central Poltava region over a span of two days, Naftogaz, Ukraine's state energy company, reported on Sunday.
Critical infrastructure has been compromised, with several facilities shut down due to inflicted damage, the company disclosed in a statement. Naftogaz has confirmed reports of extensive damages and losses, emphasizing the severe impact on energy operations.
