Madhya Pradesh Police Crack Down on Gold Ornament Snatchers
Two men have been arrested in Gwalior district, Madhya Pradesh, for snatching gold ornaments from an elderly woman. The arrested individuals, identified as Vicky Kushwah and Suraj, confessed to the crime. Stolen items and the getaway vehicle have been recovered, with more cases linked to them in other districts.

In a swift operation, the Madhya Pradesh police apprehended two suspects linked to a recent snatching of gold ornaments from an elderly woman in Gwalior district. Police officials revealed that Vicky Kushwah, hailing from Tighra, and Suraj from Kailaras, Morena district, were taken into custody.
The police successfully retrieved the stolen gold and the motorcycle used during the crime. Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP, Rural) Jayraj Kuber detailed the incident, stating it occurred on January 22 near the Parvati River, where Rampuri Dhakad was attacked while heading to her farm field.
Following a complaint, officers began rigorous investigative work, leading to arrests based on a tip near Bhadrakali Temple. The suspects confessed to multiple offenses in nearby districts. Efforts to uncover further criminal activity and identify accomplices are ongoing, with authorities promising comprehensive action. (ANI)
