This decision, welcomed by Celina, comes as a key advancement in the prolonged battle concerning Major Jaitly's 18-month detention in Dubai.
Celina Jaitly lauded the High Court's order, emphasizing the restoration of her brother's dignity and expressing faith in accelerated progress toward his release. The legal representation will be provided by Almarri Partners, a UAE legal firm, marking a hopeful new chapter for the family.
Advocate Raghav Kacker, representing the Jaitlys, underscored the order's significance. The court directed the Ministry of External Affairs to facilitate the legal proceedings, positioning the family to work closely with Almarri Partners. The firm's pro bono involvement amplifies optimism for expedited justice for Major Jaitly.
