Dhanlaxmi Bank's September Quarter Profit Sees a Downturn

Dhanlaxmi Bank on Wednesday announced an 11.5% fall in net profit for the September quarter, recording Rs 23 crore compared to Rs 26 crore during the same period last year.
Despite the profit drop, the bank's total income rose to Rs 418 crore, with interest income climbing to Rs 384 crore, marking growth from previous figures.
Gross non-performing assets (NPAs) improved, moderating to 3.10% of gross advances, showcasing a cleaner slate compared to the past year's 3.82%.
