Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey has reached a confidential settlement with three British men accusing him of sexual assault, according to a publicly released court order. The lawsuits, brought to London's High Court, asserted incidents between 2000 and 2013. Two plaintiffs had previously testified during Spacey's 2023 criminal trial, which concluded with his acquittal.

Despite facing allegations since 2017, Spacey, renowned for roles in 'American Beauty' and 'The Usual Suspects', has continually denied any misconduct, claiming the accusations were either false or arose from consensual encounters. A March 13 court order stayed the lawsuits, effectively canceling a trial previously scheduled for October.

After initial allegations surfaced, Spacey was removed from key projects like 'House of Cards' and 'All the Money in the World'. His legal journey in the United States concluded when a jury dismissed a civil suit against him in 2022. His subsequent trial in London, involving charges of assaulting four men, ended in his acquittal of all nine accusations.
