Pioneering Change: Amudhavalli Ranganathan Leads CII IWN Tamil Nadu

Amudhavalli Ranganathan, Director of New Initiatives and E-Commerce at CavinKare Ltd, has been appointed as the chairperson of the CII Indian Women Network, Tamil Nadu. Her new role was announced at the Thaaragai 2026 conference, a significant event attended by over 400 leaders from diverse sectors.

Ranganathan also serves as the Executive Director of the CK Group of Educational Institutions. Her leadership aims to build a robust foundation for creating opportunities, networks, and mentorship for women, according to a recent press release.

The Thaaragai 2026 Summit provided a platform for discussions on vital issues like women's health, safety, entrepreneurship, and workforce participation. It emphasized the need for collaborative efforts between industry, government, and academia to foster a more inclusive ecosystem.
