Baba Balak Nath Temple Trust Unveils Rs 5.71 Crore Budget for Development

The Baba Balak Nath Temple Trust in Himachal Pradesh's Bilaspur district has sanctioned a budget of Rs 5.71 crore for the 2026-27 fiscal year. The budget meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner-cum-Temple Commissioner Rahul Kumar and emphasized development and security measures.
The budget strategically allocates Rs 2.85 crore for developmental projects and Rs 6.4 lakh for the upcoming Baba Balak Nath Chaitra fair. An additional Rs 7 lakh is earmarked for financial assistance, while Rs 5.5 lakh and Rs 25.66 lakh are set for repairs and non-plan expenditures, respectively.
In a bid to enhance security, a command center will be modeled after the Shri Naina Devi Temple complex. Renovation plans include beautifying Charan Ganga and establishing a new library. Health initiatives will provide nutrition kits to TB patients, mirroring efforts at the Shri Naina Devi Ji temple.
