A monumental event will unfold at Navi Mumbai's Owe Maidan as nearly 15 lakh devotees are anticipated to gather over two days to commemorate Guru Tegh Bahadur's 350th martyrdom anniversary. Officials are orchestrating extensive preparations to ensure efficient traffic management and visitor safety.
Authorities are implementing a comprehensive traffic plan to accommodate the massive turnout, with thirty designated parking sites and a temporary bridge being constructed to facilitate smooth movement. Security will be stringent, supported by CCTV surveillance, police, and volunteers ensuring safety across the venue.
Health services are a priority, with 2,159 pre-event health camps organized already. Infrastructural support includes temporary medical centers and ICU facilities at the venue, along with designated beds in nearby hospitals. Arrangements for langar services promise to serve approximately 2.5 lakh attendees, accounting for a significant portion of event logistics.
