In a solemn tribute to police personnel who died in the line of duty, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah led a commemorative ceremony at Zewan on Police Commemoration Day.
The event, graced by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha as the chief guest, saw several officials, including ministers and advisor Nasir Aslam Wani, paying their respects by laying floral tributes at the Police Martyrs Memorial.
Following the ceremony, Chief Minister Abdullah visited a blood donation camp, praising volunteers for their humanitarian efforts and selfless service towards community welfare.
