The incident unfolded at Kalwa railway station in Thane district, where the woman allegedly made derogatory comments about Marathi, leading to an altercation with the MNS official's husband.
The police have confirmed that no formal complaint has been filed. Senior inspector Archana Dusane stated that the parties involved settled the matter among themselves, with the woman apologizing before leaving the scene.
