The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results of the Class 10 board exams, with a staggering 93.70% pass rate and over 55,000 students scoring above 95%. Nearly 2.20 lakh candidates achieved marks exceeding 91%.

Male students were outperformed by their female counterparts once again, with girls achieving a 94.99% pass rate, compared to the boys' 92.69%. While the transgender community recorded a pass percentage of 87.50, the CBSE introduced two exam phases this year as per the National Education Policy recommendations.

With 1.6 crore answer books evaluated in record time, results have been declared a month ahead of the traditional timeline. Key performance regions include Trivandrum and Vijaywada, while the lowest results came from Guwahati. Institutional performance was led by Kendriya Vidyalayas. The CBSE addressed results for students studying in conflict zones in West Asia with a special policy.
