The Department alleges a dumping margin of 123.04%, impacting producers like Mundra Solar PV, Mundra Solar Energy, Kowa Company, and Premier Energy Photovoltaic.

A final determination is anticipated within 75 days. Similar investigations are underway for Laos and Indonesia.
