Himadri Speciality Chemical has reported a significant growth in profits, with a consolidated net profit surge of over 33% at Rs 207.53 crore for the quarter ending March 2026. This growth was supported by an increase in revenues, as displayed in a recent exchange filing.
The company saw its total income rise to Rs 1,349.85 crore in the January-March FY26 period, compared to Rs 1,148.16 crore in the same period the previous year. For the full fiscal year, net profit stood at Rs 755.07 crore, up from Rs 555.09 crore in the prior year.
In addition to these achievements, Himadri's board has recommended a final dividend of 80 paise per equity share, pending shareholder approval. Furthermore, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Guangzhou, China, as part of its expansion strategy.
