Prestige Estates Achieves Record Sales in Hyderabad

Realty giant Prestige Estates Projects Ltd announced a major milestone on Tuesday with the sale of more than 1,700 housing units in Hyderabad, totaling over Rs 2,500 crore. This achievement reflects strong demand for their latest residential project, Prestige Golden Grove.

Launched just two weeks ago, Prestige Golden Grove is notably attracting homebuyers, with sales already outstripping expectations. Spread over 29 acres, the development comprises 5,120 units, indicating significant future revenue potential of around Rs 9,500 crore.

Prestige Group, headquartered in Bengaluru, continues to expand its impressive portfolio. Having delivered 313 projects spanning 206 million sq ft, the company now has 128 ongoing projects covering 195 million sq ft. Last fiscal year, Prestige recorded their highest-ever sales bookings of Rs 30,024.5 crore, a 76% jump from the prior year's figures.
