A Fly91 flight bound for Hubballi was forced to divert to Bengaluru due to inclement weather, triggering anxiety among the 22 passengers onboard. Despite a three-and-a-half-hour ordeal in the sky, all passengers were confirmed safe.

The plane, identified as IC3401, circled Hubballi for an hour awaiting improved weather conditions but was redirected following standard aviation safety protocols. The flight, originating from Hyderabad, took off at around 3 PM and was supposed to land in Hubballi by 4:30 PM.

However, given the adverse weather, the aircraft landed in Bengaluru at approximately 6:30 PM and resumed its journey to Hubballi around 11 PM after conditions improved. Fly91 emphasized their adherence to safety procedures and dismissed any claims of technical issues with the flight, underscoring their commitment to passenger safety.
