In a strategic business move, Hindustan Foods Ltd (HFL) has acquired Ultra Beauty Care Pvt Ltd's facility that specializes in ayurvedic and herbal beauty care products located in Maharashtra.
This acquisition, costing Rs 19.9 crore, is aimed at broadening HFL's reach into the contract manufacturing sector, a step pivotal to its expansion strategy.
The acquisition is expected to finalize by the first quarter of 2026-27, subject to certain conditions outlined in the Business Transfer Agreement signed between the companies.
