IndiQube Spaces Ltd has entered into a significant leasing deal with a foreign firm at its co-working center in Pune, highlighting its strategic business expansion.
The company announced in a regulatory filing that it expects to generate Rs 54 crore in rental income over five years from this arrangement, which involves 1,140 desks at IndiQube Orchid.
Having already established itself in 17 cities with more than 9.55 million square feet under management, IndiQube's latest move underscores its rapid growth in the co-working sector.
