Bhumika Realty Kicks Off Construction of Landmark Mixed-Use Development in Faridabad

Bhumika Realty, a prominent player in North India's real estate sector, has initiated construction of its ambitious mixed-use project, The Icon, strategically located on the Delhi-Mathura Road in Faridabad. The company celebrated this significant milestone with a Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, marking the official start of the development.

This project, backed by substantial institutional funding of Rs. 170 crore raised from BGO in collaboration with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, has already witnessed notable success. Over 81,156 square feet of retail space were leased shortly after the launch, reflecting strong confidence from stakeholders and lenders in the project's potential.

Spanning approximately 5 acres, The Icon is part of a Rs. 700 crore initiative that aims to integrate premium retail, entertainment spaces, and a residential avenue with 88 low-density 3BHK + study units. In the pipeline is also a hotel tower with serviced suites, adding to the area's transforming landscape. Already, leading brands like Apple and Adidas have secured space, indicating a robust business outlook as the region anticipates better connectivity with infrastructure developments like the Faridabad-Noida-Gurugram Expressway.
