EU's Strategic Mediation: Bridging Ukraine's Defense Tech and Middle East Needs

The European Union is setting the stage to act as an intermediary between Ukraine and Middle Eastern nations that require advanced anti-drone capabilities, announced EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas on Monday.

Kallas elaborated on the EU's plan to respond to the increasing demand for drone interceptors by establishing a new initiative. This initiative aims to align Ukraine's industrial output with the military needs of Middle Eastern countries, she stated during a speech at a conference for EU ambassadors.
