Omaxe Ltd, a major player in the real estate sector, has announced a significant sale, unloading 173 luxury homes in its latest Faridabad venture for approximately Rs 800 crore amid robust demand.
The Delhi-based company also sold 120 commercial units in the same region, amounting to Rs 160 crore, highlighting a growing interest in luxury living and commercial spaces.
These sales are part of Omaxe's ambitious integrated township project, 'World Street by Omaxe,' aiming to transform Faridabad into a hub of ultra-luxurious residential and commercial communities meeting global standards by 2030.
