Nykaa Breaks Profit Records Amid Expanding Customer Base
FSN E-Commerce Ventures, parent company of Nykaa, reported significant profit growth to Rs 63.31 crore for Q3 FY26. Revenue also rose 26.73% year-on-year. In a significant financial achievement, FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent company of popular fashion and beauty platform Nykaa, announced a sharp increase in net profit, reporting Rs 63.31 crore for the third quarter of FY26. This marks a substantial rise from the Rs 26.12 crore profit recorded during the same quarter last year.
Nykaa also reported a 26.73% increase in revenue, with operations generating Rs 2,873.26 crore, an improvement from the previous year's Rs 2,267.21 crore. The company's Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) reached Rs 5,795 crore, reflecting a 28% year-on-year growth.
Executive Chairperson, Founder, and CEO Falguni Nayar highlighted Nykaa's strategic focus on assortment expansion and technology-led discovery as key factors in the company's strong financial performance. Nykaa's customer base has exceeded 52 million, demonstrating their substantial presence in the fashion and beauty market.
