Page Industries Ltd announced a 7.3% decrease in net profit for the December quarter of FY26, citing the implementation of new Labour Codes as a primary cause. The company, exclusive licensee for JOCKEY International Inc in India and other regions, noted profits fell to Rs 189.53 crore from Rs 204.65 crore the previous year.

Despite the profit decline, Page Industries reported a growth in sales volume by 1.4% year-on-year, amounting to 58.6 million pieces. Revenue from operations saw a year-on-year increase, reaching Rs 1,386.75 crore. However, total expenses climbed to Rs 1,107.93 crore, up 5.30% from the corresponding period last year.

The company also announced a third interim dividend of Rs 125 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Managing Director V S Ganesh highlighted that the new Labour Codes led to one-time exceptional provisions, impacting profits, but emphasized ongoing growth initiatives in digital and brand-building to enhance market leadership.
