Artificial intelligence solutions provider Fractal Analytics has announced a price band of Rs 857 to Rs 900 per share for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO), valuing the company at approximately Rs 15,500 crore.

The IPO, scheduled to open on February 9 and close by February 11, downscales its original Rs 4,900 crore plan to Rs 2,834 crore. The offering includes a fresh issue of equity shares valued up to Rs 1,023.5 crore and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of Rs 1,810.4 crore. Fractal intends to utilize the capital to invest in its subsidiaries and bolster areas such as research and development, expansion, and strategic acquisitions.

The company, a major player in data and AI-driven insights, serves global giants like Microsoft and Apple. Backed by investors including TPG and Apax, Fractal intends to list on the stock market on February 16. The offering allocates 75% for institutional buyers, with Kotak Mahindra, Morgan Stanley, and others managing the issue.
