Pidilite Industries Ltd has reported a notable 12% increase in its consolidated net profit for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025, reaching Rs 623.84 crore. This marks a significant growth compared to Rs 557.08 crore in the same period last year, according to their latest financial disclosures.

The company, known for its adhesives, sealants, and construction chemicals, also saw revenue from operations climb to Rs 3,709.91 crore from Rs 3,368.91 crore in the previous year's third quarter. Total expenses for the reporting period increased to Rs 2,929.74 crore, up from Rs 2,672.48 crore a year prior. These figures reflect the company's robust performance in the market.

Pidilite's Managing Director, Sudhanshu Vats, credited the company's double-digit revenue growth to strong underlying volume expansion and healthy operating margins. Looking ahead, Vats foresees an enhanced domestic operating environment supported by favorable monsoons, GST 2.0, and government emphasis on infrastructure and urbanization, though he remains cognizant of potential geopolitical disruptions.
