This progressive dialogue unfolded during a significant meeting, where India's Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal engaged with German Federal Minister of Economy and Energy Katherina Reich in Berlin.
The focus of the discussions was to find mutually beneficial ways to enhance economic collaboration, strengthening both nations' economies. Goyal also held a meeting with Levin Holle at the Federal Chancellery, underscoring the commitment to deepen bilateral economic relationships.
Furthermore, Goyal chaired a dynamic roundtable with CEOs and leaders of German Mittelstand companies at the Indian Embassy. The conversation centered on seizing business opportunities afforded by India, encouraging investment, and promoting ease of doing business, particularly in innovation, sustainability, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
